Teen Gym Program
The Wulanda Teen Gym membership is a modified version of a full membership for participants aged between 13 to 16 years. Teens have access to our Teen Gym sessions with a qualified trainer between 4-6pm weekdays to provide assistance and instruction.
- use of the Health Club during specified 'Teen Gym' program hours under the supervision of a qualified instructor
- fitness assessments and program (start every 12 weeks and follow up 4 weeks)
- access to the health club outside of Teen Gym hours with a parents or guardian 18 years +
Benefits of Teen Gym
- Achieve results for goals such as body fat reduction, increased strength, sport specific training, increased aerobic fitness, injury rehabilitation, improved muscle tone and posture.
- Train with people of a similar age and encourage each other during each session.
