What is badminton?

Badminton is a fast paced racquet sport played on a rectangular court divided by a net,  played as singles (two players) or doubles (four players). The objective is to score points by hitting a shuttlecock over the net and landing it in the opponent’s court.

Badminton is a low to moderate impact sport, suitable for players of all ages and fitness levels. With agility, precision, and quick reflexes, badminton provides an excellent cardiovascular workout while improving hand-eye coordination and overall fitness in a fun and engaging way. A great social and competitive sport to stay active and connect with others.
