Competition Terms & Conditions
Promotion: Win 1 of 5 Family Swim Passes
1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2. To enter, participants must complete the Wulanda Children’s Programs Survey and provide a response to the competition question during the promotional period.
3. The promotion opens on the date of publication and closes at 5:00pm (ACDT) on Friday 9 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will not be accepted.
5. There are five (5) prizes available, consisting of one (1) Family Swim Pass per winner.
6. Family Swim Passes:
- Are not transferable.
- Cannot be exchanged, redeemed or substituted for cash.
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Must be used in accordance with Wulanda venue conditions of entry.
7. Winners will be selected based on the merit, creativity and relevance of their response to the competition question.
8. Judging will take place following the close of the promotional period and the judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their survey submission by 30 October 2026.
10. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Wulanda reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. By entering the competition, participants agree that their survey responses may be used by Wulanda for research and planning purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Wulanda reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
13. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
